Companies registering as Service Providers, Exhibitors, Sponsors, or Partners may purchase exhibition booths, sponsorship packages, or other promotional opportunities.

Participation is subject to:

• Acceptance by Export Smart.

• Availability of exhibition space or sponsorship opportunities.

• Execution of any applicable participation agreement.

• Payment of the applicable participation fees.

Booth allocation, sponsorship benefits, branding opportunities, and promotional activities will be managed by Export Smart in accordance with the applicable participation package.

Export Smart reserves the right to refuse, relocate, or cancel any exhibitor or sponsorship participation where necessary for operational, legal, or event management reasons.

5. Payments

Payment obligations apply only to Service Providers, Exhibitors, Sponsors, Advertisers, and other commercial participants purchasing booths, sponsorships, advertising, or promotional services.

Invoices must be settled in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking, reassignment of exhibition space, or suspension of promotional benefits.

6. Cancellation Policy

Visitors

Visitor registration is free of charge. If you are unable to attend, we appreciate notification in advance to help us manage attendance.

Service Providers, Exhibitors and Sponsors

Cancellation of booth bookings, sponsorships, or other commercial participation is subject to the terms set out in the applicable participation agreement or quotation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any deposits or payments made may be non-refundable once participation has been confirmed.

Export Smart reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel an event where circumstances require. In such cases, Export Smart will communicate the available options to affected commercial participants.

Export Smart shall not be responsible for travel, accommodation, visa expenses, shipping costs, or any other consequential costs incurred by participants.

7. Photography, Video and Media

During events, photographs, audio recordings, and video recordings may be taken.

By attending an Export Smart event, you grant Export Smart permission to use photographs or recordings in which you may appear for:

• Marketing and promotional materials

• Website content

• Social media

• Newsletters

• Event reports

• Future event promotion

If you do not wish to appear in official event media, you should notify Export Smart in writing before the event.
